Summer diets

Do you ever look in the mirror and you don’t really see yourself?  And then you see a photograph and you’re dismayed and shocked and horrified?

That’s how it usually happens, but yesterday I looked in the mirror and I really saw myself.  Nothing like a dose of reality to kick a girl in the pantsHowever, the worst thing about the changing seasons is discovering that clothes from a year ago don’t fit.

When it comes to weight loss ladies can’t get enough of this topic, because they feel like a part of it constantly. We would like also to mention that some others are a part of this category, although they look great and this is definitely a minus!

So, let’s see: the summer begins to reign and we have to be a part of it as we go to the beach to take some tan, take a walk on the beach during the night time and you’re wearing petite clothes on you, because it’s too hot. Some of you eliminated skirts and dresses from their closet, because you feel fat! Ladies, please don’t do that! For the love of God, you’re body is beautiful in this way: why are you torturing yourselves?

Dancing as a way of losing weight

How does music inspire our life? Well, as mentioned some time ago, it can influence the way you dress and the style of make-up you apply! What about dancing and maintaining beauty? That may sound piece of cake for some, or a stupid thing to other. Just think, when you`re in a club and you`re feeling good and dancing, you loose some calories and that`s definetly a wonderful thing!

If you want to relax yourself and get rid of stressful thoughts, open your laptop or put your headphones in your ears, making sure that you pressed “play” on your favorite tune! While you`re dancing, you are refreshing your body and so, you`ll get rid of the tensions and concerns!

Not too many people enjoy sports, but if they dance they don`t feel like doing a sports! In fact, they loose many calories, while moving their body and feeling well! So, if you`re not into dancing alone in your room, you may apply for a course, you`ll learn how to move, have fun and loose some kilos if you usually attend such a course!

You can apply for a salsa, modern, samba course and the examples can continue, because there are many styles of dancing. Try to attend several styles of dancing classes and see the one that suits you the most! It`s not a shameful thing, you`ll get to know people and you spend your money in a pleasant way…..

If you don`t afford to go to such a course, you can also apply for the classical variant of going to a club and shaking your posterior all night long! Just make sure you haven`t got a pair of high-heeled shoes, because you`ll destroy your feet! Another thing you should take into consideration if you want to loose some calories is not to dance on rock tunes, because you`re in the situation of nodding your head too much, and the next day you won`t be able to keep it on your shoulders…..

Dancing is a nice activity and many would be really amazed how many kilos can be lost by doing this sport, because it`s a sport!

Another method of losing some pounds is to apply for a belly dancing course! It`s so recommended because it makes your hips move a lot and you know that the excess of fat is placed particularly in that area!

It`s so healthy and good in the same way to apply for such a course… and another thing, if you don`t have money, just try to dance in your room when you feel bored, don`t get used to be tied to the couch or chair! Don`t be lazy! Move your posteriors!

Aromatherapy together with using sheets is effective for reducing some inches from your body. Besides loosing weight, you also detoxify your organism; you obtain a softer and stronger skin. In order to have great results, you must do about 10 or 12 sessions of this kind of treatment.

This way of treatment is based on the hot-cold effect. Oils obtained from plants, such as: piper, eucalypt, rosemary, or mint give the blood a better circulation. In the internal layers of the body, a sensation of sudden cold is given. It is known that the interior with the exterior should cope in temperatures, so for this to be done it is needed to burn some calories, and the effect is this: loosing weight! With aromatherapy the loss of calories, when bringing the internal part with the exterior at the same temperature, is only an addition to the 70-80% daily consumption of calories. Aromatherapy is recommended to those that have problem with the body, but it is also recommended to prevent incipient cellulites or advanced… using this type of treatment you loose 4 times the calories, than you do by other methods…

Don`t forget! Sports is the basis, but with some fine tricks, you can lose weight and you don`t need to spend all your day in the park, maybe half an hour!
